Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of CANISTER 135. The canister must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email hello@archive135.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will email the return address and instructions. Please wait for approval before sending your canister back; items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your canister is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact hello@archive135.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Archive 135 covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us before sending the item back so we can provide instructions and arrange return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange a canister, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return arrives and has been inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@archive135.com.

European Union orders

If we arrange shipment to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The canister must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
